Kelly Fisher is the president of Royal Renovations. Along with his wife Justine, they started Royal Renovations. Kelly oversees the office staff, production, and the company as a whole.  He thrives on being involved on each job individually to ensure quality assurance. He is IICRC and Mold Certified. When not working, he enjoys boating and fishing on Lake Superior, spending time with his family and running Royal Renovations.

Justine Fisher is the Vice President and Senior Estimator of Royal Renovations. Her accomplishments are, Level 3 Xactimate, and General Contractors License. Justine oversees the estimators and is in charge of our marketing. She enjoys, spending time with her family, 3 adult children and four grandchildren, traveling, disc golf, camping, quilting, fishing.

Scott Hendrickson is our Production Supervisor and is IICRC certified in water restoration. His duties include assigning the crews according to qualifications, experience, and likes and dislikes. He also works closely with our subcontractors and has been with Royal Renovations for 8 years. Scott has been married for 23 years and has 3 girls, Kayla 18, Kirstin 14, and Kelsey 12.  When he is not at work he enjoys working on muscle cars.

Tim Fisher is our Production Supervisor; his duties include assigning the crews according to qualifications, experience, and likes and dislikes. Tim leads our cleaning crew and is IICRC Certified. He has been with Royal Renovations for 8 years. When he is not at work he enjoys spending time with his large family of eight, Milissa his significant other, Destinee 14, Nichelle 13, Timmy 11, Katelynn 5, and the twins Hailee and Danyell 2, camping,  and working on repairables.

Kyle Gay is our estimator; he works with our sub-contractors and adjusters to ensure a high level of satisfaction for our customers. He is a IOT Certified Mold Technician. Kyle has a Communications Degree, Real Estate License and is a Aquatic Diversion Engineer. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, and 3 Children, Dakota, Jett, and Meadow, and let’s not forget the family bulldog, Pudge.

Jerrid Fisher is our estimator; he works with our sub-contractors and adjusters to ensure a high level of satisfaction for our customers. He has been with Royal Renovations for 5 years. Jerrid enjoys camping, playing ball, and hanging out with his buddies.

Melissa Hurt is our Office Manager; she over sees a variety of tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. She has been with Royal Renovations for 3 years. Melissa enjoys camping, crafts, and spending time with her family. She has two children, Jena 18 and Jordan 7.

Nick Neis is our Crew Chief; he performs a combination of duties on construction projects, usually working in the demolition and the build back areas, transferring from one task to another where demands require his expertise. He has been with Royal Renovations for 3 years. He is the youngest of 3 boys. In his spare time he enjoys, fishing, hunting, playing ball and riding his motorcycle.

Anneke Jenkins is our Crew Chief/Cleaning Specialist. She has been with Royal Renovations for 2 ½ years, and is IICRC Certified in Carpet Cleaning. Anneke races Pro 4 Trucks at the I-94 raceway in Sauk Centre, she is the only female in her class, this is her 1st year and she won the Points Championship and Rookie of the Year. We are a proud sponsor. Way to go Anneke! When she is not racing she enjoys, swing dancing, snowboarding and hunting.

Jessica Thielen is our Cleaning Specialist and Office Assistant. She has been with Royal Renovations for 2 ½ years and is certified in First Aid, Hazmat L1 and CPR/AED. She is attending St Cloud Technical College for her Paramedics Degree. In her spare time she enjoys, fishing, volleyball, hunting and snowboarding.

Jena Hannon is our Cleaning Specialist. She has been with Royal Renovations for 1 year. She is attending Rasmussen College for her nursing degree. Jena enjoys, camping, traveling, snowmobiling, volleyball, and shopping.

Jesse Schafer is our Shop Technician/Mold Specialist, and is IICRC Certified in Carpet Cleaning and IOT Certified Mold Technician. He has been with Royal Renovations for 5 years and is certified in Total Quality Management. He enjoys camping, working on cars and spending time with his significant other, Robin, and children, Jamie 11, and, the twins Chase and Austin 6.

Chris Skelton is our Professional Painter/Auto Body Specialist. Chris has an art for blending stains and paints which is crucial in the restoration business. He has been with us for 5 years. Chris loves spending time with his 2 boys, Adam and Rick, working on cars, riding motorcycles, traveling, and downhill skiing.

Jerry Schafer has been a member of our production team for 1 year. He retired from Elk River Machine Company after 30+ years. Jerry enjoys pontoon rides around the lake, camping, traveling, suduko, playing cards, and family time.

Janet Schafer has been a part of Royal Renovations for 2 years. She is valuable in many different areas of the company. She enjoys, camping, traveling, working in her flower gardens, playing cards, bringing treats in for the employees, and most of all she loves spending time with her 3 adult children, 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
