 Kelly Fisher is the President of Royal Renovations. Along with his wife Justine, they started Royal Renovations in 1999. Kelly oversees the office staff, production, and the company as a whole. He thrives on being involved on each job individually to ensure quality assurance. He is IICRC and Mold Certified. When not working he enjoys boating and fishing on Lake Superior, spending time with his family and running Royal Renovations.
 Justine Fisher is the Vice President and Senior Estimator of Royal Renovations. Her accomplishments are Level 3 Xactimate, General Contractors License, National Notary Association, Service Master's IICRC 4-star certification program. Justine oversees the estimators and is in charge of our marketing. She enjoys spending time with her family, 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren, traveling, disc golf, camping, quilting, and fishing.
 Scott Hendrickson is our Production Supervisor and is IICRC certified in Water Restoration. His duties include assigning the crews according to qualifications, experience, and likes or dislikes. He also works closely with our subcontractors and has been with Royal Renovations since 2001. Scott also loves spending time with his 3 girls and working on muscle cars.
 Tim Fisher is our Production Supervisor; his duties include assigning the crews to qualifications, experience, and likes or dislikes. Tim leads our cleaning crew. He is an EPA Lead Certified Renovator, MN Licensed Lead worker, and is IICRC certified. Tim has been with Royal Renovations since 2001. When he is not at work he enjoys spending time with his large family of eight, camping, and working on cars.
 Kyle Gay is our Estimator; he works with our sub-contractors and adjusters to ensure a high level of satisfaction for our customers. Kyle has a Communications Degree, Aquatic Diversion Engineer, Realtors License, and is Certified Mold Technician. He has been with Royal Renovations since 2008. Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.
 Jerrid Fisher is our Estimator; he works with our sub-contractors and adjusters to ensure a high level of satisfaction for our customers. He has been with Royal Renovations since 2004. Jerrid is an EPA Lead Certified Renovator and MN Licensed Lead worker. He enjoys camping, playing ball, and hanging out with his friends.
 Melissa Hurt is our Business Development Representative. She develops business relationships with potential clients through: cold calls, leads, and trade shows. She has been with Royal Renovations since 2006. Melissa enjoys camping, crafts, and spending time with her family.
 Jesse Schafer is our Risk Manager. He is in charge of all hazardous aspects of our renovations, including mold, lead, and asbestos. Jesse also runs our employee safety program. Jesse is licensed by the State of MN as a Lead Abatement Supervisor, EPA Lead Renovator, Mold Certified Renovator, Occupational Respirator certified and IICRC certified. He enjoys camping, working on cars, and spending time with his family.
 Jessica Thielen is our Office Manager. She oversees a variety of tasks: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. She has been with Royal Renovations since 2006 and is certified in First Aid and Hazmat L1. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her niece. She also enjoys fishing, volleyball, hunting, and snowboarding.
 Nick Neis is our Crew Chief; he performs a combination of duties on construction projects, usually working in the demolition and the build back areas, transferring from one task to another where demands require his expertise. He has been with Royal Renovations since 2006. In his spare time Nick enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, playing ball and riding his motorcycle.
 Anneke Jenkins is our Crew Chief/Cleaning Specialist. She has been with Royal Renovations since 2006. When Anneke is not working she enjoys snowboarding, hunting, traveling, and hanging out with her friends.
 Jena Hannon is our Cleaning Specialist. She has been with Royal Renovations since 2007. Jena enjoys camping, traveling, snowmobiling, volleyball, and shopping.
 Jerry Schafer has been a member of our production team since 2008. He retired from Elk River Machine Company after 30+ years. Jerry enjoys pontoon rides around the lake, camping, traveling, Sudoku, playing cards, and family time.
Janet Schafer has been a part of Royal Renovations since 2007. She is a valuable in many different areas of the company. She enjoys camping, traveling, working in her flower gardens, playing cards, bringing treats in for the employees, and most of all she loves spending time with her 3 adult children, 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
